WHAT: The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) State Highway Administration (SHA) will host a free full day business seminar targeted at disadvantaged businesses to inform them of opportunities for contractual work with SHA. The format will feature several workshop speakers who will discuss social networking, understanding how to become certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Small Business Enterprise and contracting opportunities.
