May is officially Lyme disease awareness month. The sobering reality is that Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Virginia all consistently rank in the top 10 states of the largest number of reported Lyme disease cases in the country, according to The Centers for Disease Control.
Treatment can be long and people suffering from Lyme disease often feel they have no hope and no place to turn. Help is now available for people suffering from the multiple symptoms of Lyme disease. Lyme Wellness DIY has opened on Delmarva with the goal of helping Lyme sufferers beat this dreaded disease and it’s multiple co-infections.
Lyme Wellness DIY is headed by Certified Wellness Coach Candace Ray, who is also trained in Reike and level I and II ART (Autonomic Response Testing). ART is a system of evaluation and treatment developed by Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD, a world leader in areas of environmental toxicity, chronic infection and a fellow Lyme survivor. Candace knows first-hand how Lyme disease can affect your life and disrupt those closest to you. Over the past 12 years, she has battled Lyme and its co-infections beating the disease only for it to return. With the help of many devoted doctors, she developed a plan that uses the “Functional Healing” approach which allows one’s own body to do what it was designed to do and function in a healthy state. Candace is currently disease free and wants to help others reach their goals. She focuses on non-prescription alternatives. The only Prescription she will write is one for complete health.
“Healing is within you,” says Candace Ray. “You have the power to heal. It is important to know and understand that Lyme does not define you. Often times one becomes overwhelmed and has no idea where to turn when faced with Lyme disease.” Lyme Wellness DIY is a fantastic affordable tool, which is designed to speed up healing, cut costs and look at the entire health picture. “You can beat this disease. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.”
