Salisbury, MD – MAC’s March for Meals campaign seeks to raise awareness of the home-delivered meals (Meals on Wheels) program and how it delivers more than a meal to local seniors in need of this most basic human necessity – food.

Meals on Wheels also delivers a safety check, which is especially critical for seniors living alone, as well as a friendly visit to help combat loneliness and social isolation.

This year’s March for Meals also offers a number of tasty opportunities to support the program: 31 Days of Raffles, featuring some fantastic local food and food-related prizes!

Tickets are on sale NOW, both online and at MAC ‘s front desk.

The cost is $31 per ticket. Purchasing a ticket gives you one entry into each of the 31 raffle drawings… Even if you win, your name stays in the drawing pool!

Prizes include:

  • Rise Up coffee package
  • Greene Turtle gift cards
  • Cookbook collection
  • Breakfast for 4 at the Bayside Skillet
