Lathbury and Diehl named Team Members of the Month for October 2024
GEORGETOWN & SALISBURY — TidalHealth Primary and Specialty Care is pleased to announce Kara Lathbury and Bianca Diehl are its Team Members of the Month for October 2024.
Kara Lathbury, Medical Assistant, TidalHealth OB/GYN in Seaford
Lathbury was nominated by Dr. Abha Gupta for demonstrating the values of compassion, commitment, honor, and accountability:
“Not only is she dependable, motivated with a great work ethic and a fantastic team player, Kara goes out of her way to help our patients. Kara embodies the saying ‘excellence is not a skill, it’s an attitude.’ Her can-do philosophy and her desire to go out of her way to help patients, visitors and staff alike set her apart from everyone.”

Diehl was nominated by Melissa Harrison, for demonstrating the values of accountability, community, quality, and service:
“Bianca’s calm and soothing manner put the patients at ease, even when patients are nervous or upset. She has the ability to solve most problems, which leaves the patients feeling very satisfied. Bianca is a huge asset to our office. She has taken it upon herself to create Manuals to help PSR’s with their job. She provides tech support and EPIC (electronic medical record) training to anyone who may need it or who has questions. All of this is done while keeping a ‘can-do’ and positive attitude.”
