SALISBURY, Md. — October 21, 2026 — NAI Coastal is pleased to announce a successful transaction for long-standing clients Bayside Fire and Security and Absolute Security Group, bringing both companies together at a 22,279 square foot facility at 618 Beam Street in Salisbury.
The move represents the latest chapter for a property that has not had a full tenant roster since The Daily Times moved its printing operations out of the building years ago. Working with NAI Coastal, Bayside Fire and Security and Absolute Security Group identified the Beam Street property as an opportunity to bring their local operations together in a space suited to their current needs.
Preparing the property required more than traditional tenant buildout. Gillis Gilkerson (GGI) completed a comprehensive construction project that included dedicated site work, added truck wells and improvements to configure the building for its new occupants.
“This wasn’t just about finding a larger building. It was about identifying the right property and creating a space that could meet our clients’ needs while allowing them to continue serving their customers throughout the transition,” said Chris Gilkerson.
The project reflects the long-standing relationship between NAI Coastal and the companies, as well as the collaboration required to identify, prepare and transition into a property capable of accommodating both operations.
With Bayside Fire and Security and Absolute Security Group now occupying 618 Beam Street, the building is fully occupied for the first time in years, marking a new chapter for the Salisbury property.
