Jeff is a seasoned professional who brings over 30 years of experience from the Wholesale Petroleum industry. Leveraging his extensive network of buyers and sellers, Jeff covers a broad territory from New Jersey to North Carolina, focusing on gasoline stations, truck stops, car washes, and related businesses. His expertise lies in handling off-market, discreet sales of operating businesses, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency for all parties involved.
“For the last 30 years I’ve worked throughout the Mid-Atlantic region in the wholesale petroleum industry, meeting and collaborating with owners of gas stations, rest stops and car washes,” said Erskine. “I’m eager to evolve this experience into the commercial real estate sector, and I believe that NAI Coastal is the perfect fit for me to learn and grow my business.”
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and an MBA from Salisbury University. He resides in Salisbury with his wife, Kathy. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time at the beach, on the water, and exploring the woods.
