Neuromindfulness Meditation: You’re Wiser Than You Think
Enhancing Self-awareness with Meditation and Other Techniques
You are warmly invited to attend a six-session course designed to help you enhance the wisdom within. There are parts of the mind that lie beyond our conscious awareness, and they contain a surprising degree of insight and intelligence. Through neuromindfulness and other techniques, you can easily evoke the wisdom and clear perspectives that lie dormant in the unconscious mind. And this in turn can lead to a greater appreciation of ourselves.
This course is appropriate for both those who already know neuromindfulness and those who do not. Those who do not are asked to come an hour early for the first session.
The course is designed to be enjoyable and highly interactive, with plenty of group discussions. Laughter is not required, but in these courses, we usually can’t avoid it.
Instructor: David Mercier, M.S., L.Ac. studied mindfulness meditation as a monk in Sri Lanka from 1975 to 1977. He has had a practice in life coaching and acupuncture in Easton, Maryland since 1983, and is the author of the award-winning A Beautiful Medicine, now a course textbook at Johns Hopkins University.
In this course, you will learn:
- How to strengthen your practice in neuromindfulness if already know it
- How to do neuromindfulness meditation if you are new to it.
- The Brilliant Counselor Technique, a method for evoking powerful insights, healing, and an increased capacity for taking action
- How to access a surprising depth of intuitive knowledge
