Sept. 26, 2024 — Priority Partners Cupboards Project is launching a brand new self-serve mini-pantry in Salisbury, Maryland. On Thursday, Sept. 26, the latest Cupboards Project mini-pantry will be unveiled at the Rebirth Community Resource & Support Center. It will be the first Priority Partners community mini-pantry in Salisbury. Join Priority Partners for live music, refreshments, kids’ activities and more at this fun and free event to help tackle food insecurity in our communities together.

Started in 2021, the Cupboards Project has placed four mini-pantries in Maryland neighborhoods and launched three “Club on the Go” mobile pantries. Working under the motto “Take What You Need, Leave What You Can,” the custom-built mini-pantries provide free healthy food and nutrition resources to remote or underserved neighborhoods.

The new mini-pantry at Rebirth brings the total number of free-standing mini-pantries to five, with more to come! Join us, rain or shine, for this exciting community celebration on Sept. 26, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., at Rebirth, 225 N. Division St., Salisbury, MD 21801.

The Cupboards Project is supported by the generous donations of our community partners. If you cannot make it to the event, we welcome your kind donations in support of the project. Learn more about the Priority Partners Cupboards Project at prioritypartnerscupboards.org.
