Cynthia Calixte, MD, MPH is the medical director of the Salisbury/Wicomico Integrated Firstcare Team (SWIFT) at TidalHealth. She is also an attending physician for the Family Medicine Residency Clinic in Salisbury, Maryland. Dr. Calixte earned her medical degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Health Science Center. She received her Master of Public Health from the City University of New York (CUNY) Health Policy School of Public Health. She completed her internship and residency in family and community medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore and then completed a reproductive health fellowship – Empire Clinical Research Investigator Program, at the Institute for Family Health in New York.
