Celebrating downtown was the theme of the day on August 19th! Chamber members started their day by welcome new hot spot Olde Towne Deli to the community. Melissa & Richard Malone opened their doors to serve breakfast and lunch to those that live and work in the area. Their true mission is to serve exceptionally good food at a reasonable price while providing a place to sit and relax for whatever time your “lunch hour” allows, even if it is only 30 minutes. Though they opened with a “no tipping” policy, upon the request of patrons they have added a tip jar on the counter with the proceeds going to the Community Garden to continue to provide food for locals. Stop in, grab a bite and welcome the Malones and their great staff.
