27 - Exploring Photography Workshop

SALISBURY, MD—Salisbury University art professor and professional photographer Jeanne Anderton leads a workshop on the history and evolution of photography techniques 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 27, at SU’s Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture.

The center is located on the fourth floor of the Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons.

Anderton explores the options available to photographers, from DSLRs to smart phones, and how they might be more successful in taking photos. Topics include composition, content, audience, software and alternates to digital photography.

Participants will have the opportunity to participate in a photographic scavenger hunt with feedback and review of their pictures.

The workshop is open to all skill levels and camera types. Sponsored by the Nabb Center, admission is free and advance registration is required.
