Hurlock, MD — September 10th, 2026 — Preston Automotive Group announced today that its Ford dealerships across Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia will host community food drives throughout September. The initiative is designed to bring local communities together and give back by collecting non-perishable food items to support families in need.
All donations collected will be given directly to local food pantries, helping ensure that families throughout the communities Preston Automotive Group serves have access to the food they need.
“Our dealerships have always been more than just places to buy or service a vehicle—they’re part of the communities we call home,” said Dave Wilson Jr., President of Preston Automotive Group. “We’ve been fortunate enough to grow alongside these communities for years, and this is one small way we can give something back. No family should have to worry about where their next meal is coming from, and we want to help in any way we can make sure that’s a little less true this fall.”
Community members are invited to drop off non-perishable food donations at any Preston Automotive Group Ford dealership throughout September. Every contribution, no matter how large or small, helps fill local pantry shelves and directly supports neighbors in need.
