Salisbury, MD – Registration is now open for the Lower Shore Nonprofit Summit – the region’s largest professional development opportunity for the nonprofit sector. Nonprofit professionals from across the Lower Shore will gather for a professional development opportunity on April 25 & 26. The event is presented by Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore (CFES), United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore (UWLES), and the Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement (PACE) at Salisbury University. It will take place on the Salisbury University campus.
Friday’s full day of breakout sessions will cover subjects including collaboration, volunteer management, fundraising, marketing, and organizational culture. The PACE Showcase, highlighting community partnerships, will be offered on Thursday afternoon, followed by nonprofit networking in the evening.
This year is the third annual Lower Shore Nonprofit Summit and represents the host organizations’ commitments to supporting capacity building, sustainability, and skills development for the nonprofit sector.
