Salisbury, MD – The SBDC will be offering a 4-session Restaurant Boot Camp to interested restaurant-owners and employees on Oct 2, 16, 30 and Nov 30 from 2-4 pm at the Ocean City Library. This free training will be provided by Rick Leibowitz, who has over 30 years of ownership and management experience in the food and beverage industry. The sessions will cover menu strategies, profit builders, guerilla marketing and using dashboards and reports. Individual virtual consulting is available between each session.
