An incredible showing came out on Monday, September 21 to celebrate the Ribbon Cutting for Rivers Edge Apartments & Studio for the Arts. The community has watched the growth and development of the complex and was itching to come out to take a tour! Rivers Edge is an affordable, artist-friendly apartment community that features an array of amenities including a waterfront open work space, a working art studio and more! Rivers Edge has also partnered with United Needs & Abilities to make the community easily accessible for people of all needs. Guests enjoyed the beautiful view of the Wicomico River, delicious appetizers by Chef Daniel Mears and a presentation from Andrew Hanson, head of Osprey Properties featuring Maryland Secretary of Housing and Community Development – Kenneth C.
