Salisbury, MD – Bancroft Construction has announced the promotion of Rob Jadick to the position of Regional Vice President. Rob is responsible for managing operations of the southern Delaware and Maryland’s eastern shore, including business development for continued regional expansion.
Rob joined Bancroft in October 1999 as a Construction Manager supporting multiple projects at the DuPont Experimental Station and later at the DuPont Repauno Plant and the Dupont Stine-Haskell Research Center. In 2007, Rob was promoted to Project Manager and continued to grow Bancroft’s footprint with AstraZeneca, amassing over $35MM of managed work from 2005-2010. During this time, Rob was promoted to Sr. Project Manager, and his client base continued to expand across a wide range of markets, including government and civic, various non-profits, the commercial sector, and higher education. Notable clients include Aberdeen Proving Grounds, New Castle County, SPCA, Kalmar Nyckel Foundation, University of Delaware, and Delaware Technical Community College.
In 2013, Rob was promoted to Director of Marketing. In this new role, he was responsible for the overall strategic direction of Bancroft’s Marketing Department and became an essential part of the company’s Work Acquisition Group Leadership. Rob was subsequently promoted to Project Executive in 2018, where he continued to develop strong relationships with clients while also being instrumental in Bancroft’s expansion into southern Delaware and Maryland’s lower eastern shore.
In May 2020, Bancroft celebrated the opening of the Salisbury office, which with Rob’s strong leadership and business acumen, has continued to thrive in major market sectors such as education, multifamily, and government. Also, in 2020, Rob was awarded the annual Bancroft Award for his success in generating strong partnerships and many project successes.

In addition to his position-specific responsibilities, Rob also serves as a regional council member with the ABC’s Chesapeake Chapter and is active within ABC Delaware’s Kent / Sussex Membership, the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, the Western Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, and the Dorchester Chamber of Commerce.
