On September 12, 2024, a crowd of SACC’s members were welcomed by Memorable Milestone Moments who hosted our September Business After Hours. As we enjoyed the creativeness of our host, the afternoon turned into a fun networking event full of surprises.
The group was welcome by partners Yasmin Jones, Corsha Wallace and Chef Whitney Jones to their venue, who transported us to the Orient with a beautifully decorated room and delicious buffet that included Asian style bang-bang shrimp, chicken and broccoli, Chinese chicken wings, crab Rangoon, vegetable egg rolls, boom-boom shrimp, assorted sushi, fried and white rice, and delightful cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries.
“We offer full service, catering, décor, we also offer just the venue if you want to rent it and bring your own food here, we will come to you to decorate on site and bring the food. We are starting to become more involved in community events as we host our first Trunk & Treat here on Sunday, October 27th in collaboration with Help Me 2 Help You; feel free to donate any candy or if you want to set up your own Trunk. We are blessed that we are pretty much booked for the rest of the year, with just a few dates available, but accepting booking for 2025/26. We do have some dates available if you need us to come to you to decorate and/or bring catering. Milestone Memorable Moments is available for meetings, special occasions, receptions, dinners, pretty much anything, and it accommodates up to 64 people seated with a dance floor and about 100 people reception style.” Shared Yasmin Jones
Memorable Milestone Moments provides upscale event designing services as well as catering services. In addition, they offer a modern event space with an open floor plan and blank canvas, ideal for any get together or celebration.
Door prizes included gift cards from Island Creamery – Salisbury, Back Street Grill and Evolution Craft Brewing Company. The 50/50 raffle benefiting the SACC Foundation’s Wor-Wic scholarship fund was won by Bonnie Nay.
