The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce proudly co-hosted a ribbon cutting celebration on May 27 in honor of InFocus Financial Advisors’ 20th Anniversary. The event was held at the firm’s headquarters, located at 31454 Winterplace Parkway in Salisbury, where a robust gathering of Chamber members, clients, and community partners joined in marking this significant milestone.
Owner Eric W. Johnston, CFP®, along with his dedicated team, warmly welcomed a robust number of chamber members and clients. Guests enjoyed delicious light fares and open bars provided by Adam’s Taphouse Grill/Black Diamond Catering and signature drawstring bags as part of the anniversary celebration. Citations recognizing the firm’s achievements and community impact were presented by Wicomico County Executive Julie Giordano, Maryland Senator Johnny Mautz, Mindie Burgoyne on behalf of MD Secretary of Commerce Harry Coker, Jr, and the MD General Assembly.

Today, the firm has grown into a trusted retirement‑planning resource serving individuals and families across Delmarva. Despite its expansion, the mission remains unchanged: helping clients feel confident about their financial direction and guiding them toward their True North.
Johnston shared “There is actually a palpable feeling today at InFocus, and it actually feels when a company begins to mature. Ironically, that starts to happen about year 20. You sense it in the depth of conversations, in the commitment from the team, and the strength of the organization, our financial strength, our maturity, our established processes, and the growing desire to continuously improve.”
As part of its anniversary celebration, the company also announced the creation of a $20,000 donor‑advised fund through the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore. This fund will support leadership development, entrepreneurship, the arts, and housing initiatives—including the Eastern Shore Leadership Institute, Habitat for Humanity, amongst others. The initiative underscores the firm’s dedication to giving back and strengthening the region it serves.
