Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce was pleased to welcome new member Acme Ceramic Tile Co. with a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 2 at its showroom located at 122 Arlington Road in Salisbury.
Acme Ceramic Tile Co. specializes in retail tile sales while also offering expert installation services and complete bathroom renovations. With an extensive showroom featuring premium materials and design options, the company helps homeowners, contractors, and businesses bring their projects from concept to completion.
Guests were welcomed by owner Danny Winn and showroom specialist Erin Kenny, who invited attendees to tour the showroom and explore the impressive selection of products on display. Visitors had the opportunity to view a wide variety of tile styles, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and renovation materials while learning more about the company’s services.
A family-owned business with a rich history, Acme Ceramic Tile Co. was originally founded by Winn’s father in 1953. Danny Winn took over the business in 1987 and relocated to Maryland’s Eastern Shore in 2004, operating initially from a showroom in the garage of his home. Through years of steady growth, the business expanded into its current showroom location, which has served customers throughout the region for the past eleven years. Winn’s son, James, is now actively involved in the business, continuing the family’s legacy of quality craftsmanship and customer service.
“We are thrilled to join the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce and continue being involved in the local community,” said Winn. “Our showroom offers multiple vendors under one roof, more than anyone else in Salisbury, allowing customers to explore everything from plumbing fixtures and cabinetry to tile selections ranging from small mosaics to large-format designs. Whether customers need materials only or a complete installation, we’re here to help.”
“Our goal is to make the renovation process as seamless as possible,” Winn added. “We’ll assess the project, help customers select the right products, coordinate the necessary trades, and manage the installation from start to finish. We’ve built our reputation on experience, quality products, and exceptional service.”
In addition to retail sales and installation services, Acme Ceramic Tile Co. supplies tile and installation materials to industry professionals throughout the region. While serving customers across the country, the company primarily focuses on the Eastern Shore market, including Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset counties.
Guests at the ribbon cutting enjoyed delicious appetizers provided by fellow Chamber member The Deli at Pecan Square and entered drawings for several door prizes, including certificates for auto glass repair and auto detailing services.
