The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation (SACCF) recently established a Nonprofit Partner Fund with the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore. The $80,000 investment will create an endowment to provide for future civic endeavors, as well as provide an immediate source of support for the SACCF.

“By establishing a fund with The Community Foundation, SACCF will be able to focus on fulfilling our mission of supporting the Chamber of Commerce and its undertakings,” says Brad Gillis, president of SACCF. “We are confident in The Community Foundation’s long-standing history of investment stewardship as we take this next step in our partnership.”

SACCF joins more than 80 other local nonprofit organizations that have established funds at CFES. As long-time philanthropic partners, the two organizations will continue working together to strengthen the communities they serve. Annually, Nonprofit Partner Funds at The Community Foundation distribute over $600,000 to assist with pressing community needs.
