The City of Salisbury Green Team will host an event to help make the Chesapeake Bay cleaner. The Sustainability Advisory Committee will host Salisbury University students and community members on Saturday, September 16, on a walk around town to place “Drains to Bay” decals on storm drains. The decals are designed to let people know that whatever they litter or dump can eventually end up in the bay.
This event will be a great way to make a real difference in our community and meet your neighbors all while having a great time! Help the Green Team keep litter and other items from being dumped into city streets or inlets, and improve the health of the bay.
