SALISBURY, MD – Salisbury University’s Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (OURCA) hosts the 20th annual SU Student Research Conference 12:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, April 22, in Henson Science Hall and the Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons Assembly Hall.
The event showcases student research and creative activities conducted across campus as oral presentations, panel discussions and a poster session.
All of SU’s schools and departments encourage research-oriented partnerships between students, faculty and local businesses. SU historically has been at the forefront of an ongoing attempt to have undergraduate and graduate students involved in cutting-edge scientific and professional research. The experiences of working closely with colleagues in a research group help students gain needed experience and discipline as they become professionals.
Admission is free and the public is invited. As the date nears, a full schedule of presentations will be posted on the conference webpage at or visit the conference webpage at www.salisbury.edu/administration/academic-affairs/graduate-studies-and-research/ourca/conferences/susrc/.
Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass at http://webapps.salisbury.edu/parking/visitor.
