Founded in November of 2016, the Berlin Firm of Electronic Transaction Systems (ETS), now employs close to 10 Salisbury University Graduates. Electronic Transaction Systems is a Virginia Based Financial technology company that employs over 100 people at their main corporate office location. ETS trains all members of their team to become experts in the field of analyzing specific areas of business involving electronic payments and financial technology.
ETS Berlin will be hosting a Chamber Luncheon November 8, at La Quinta Inn & Suites of Salisbury.
During the lunch, Chamber Members are encouraged to bring their most recent merchant processing statements. ETS promises to teach attendants how to read over each section of their statements correctly, and to explain how allowing customers to pay electronically has historically been to the detriment of the merchant.
ETS team members specialize in analyzing these such documents. During the luncheon, they plan to teach members how to prepare for new technology upgrades, such as setting up credit card terminals to accept chip and “PIN” credit cards.
The company will be providing lunch. The event begins at 11:30 a.m. To sign up, click here.
