Inaugural music festival featuring Delmarva’s best live local bands

A fun-filled showcase of local and regional bands is celebrating its inaugural festival at an outdoor family-friendly venue in Pittsville.
SOUNDWAVE Music & Arts Festival is Delmarva’s true local music festival, bringing 22 incredible musical acts to the Mid-Atlantic Youth Sportsplex, a perfect venue featuring tree-lined roads, cabins, and ponds – the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City, and listen to some great music!
“There’s nothing like the Soundwave Music Festival out there in our area today, and it’s going to be an amazing show for everyone in the family, young and old, no matter what kind of music you enjoy,” said event co-founder and producer Brad Hoffman of Live Wire Media & Events. “This is going to be a really fun show. Where else can you see more than 20 bands in three days in the same location?”
SOUNDWAVE will be the No. 1 spot to see your favorite Delmarva bands performing live. The addition of the incredible ILLUSION SOUND & LIGHTING means professional-level audio and video production elements for both performers and the audience to enjoy. The venue also features cornhole tournaments, food and beverage on-site, plus bounce houses and open play fields for kids. Art and jewelry vendors will be showcasing their wares. Meet your favorite DJs on-site from 97.1 THE WAVE!
