| The Federal Wage and Hour Division and the Maryland Division of Labor and Industry have partnered for a special 3-part series specifically designated for the construction industry.
Attendees can attend all or a portion of the hour-long sessions about the Davis-Bacon Act, Maryland’s Prevailing Wage, Submitting Certified Payroll, and Understanding How Prevailing Wage Rates are set.
Additionally, Ga Kim and Alessendro Lee from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division will be series presenters.
Each session will have a 20-minutes Q & A period. |
