The Federal Wage and Hour Division and the Maryland Division of Labor and Industry have partnered for a special 3-part series specifically designated for the construction industry.

Attendees can attend all or a portion of the hour-long sessions about the Davis-Bacon Act, Maryland’s Prevailing Wage, Submitting Certified Payroll, and Understanding How Prevailing Wage Rates are set.
