The substance misuse and overdose epidemic is one that impacts communities across the nation, including ours right here in Wicomico County. Thanks to the incredible work Wicomico Goes Purple is doing, more people are being educated on the dangers of substance misuse, how to stand up to it, and how to support those who are struggling with addiction.
Our goal in wrapping this van purple is to get people talking and spark important conversations around substance misuse. This epidemic impacts our community as a whole, and Spicer Bros. is incredibly happy to do our part in spreading awareness. The more we talk about substance misuse and provide local resources, the more people are able to seek help and begin their path to recovery.
