SALISBURY, MD – Salisbury University commemorates Veterans Day with a ceremony 1 p.m. Thursday, November 11, in Holloway Hall Auditorium.
The event includes colors presented by SU’s Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) unit, musical by the University Chorale and remarks from SU President Charles Wight, Salisbury Mayor Jake Day and U.S. Army reservist Julia Mohr, SU biological sciences and psychology major.
Admission is free and the public is invited.
All attendees at SU events are required to wear a mask while indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Attendees may be asked to leave an event for non-compliance.
Attendees also must complete an online COVID-19 screening on the day of their visit, prior to coming to the SU campus, at www.salisbury.edu/visitorscreening.
