Salisbury University’s Student Affairs Division wants to make sure students of all ages have what they need to succeed.

The division hosts a school supply drive for Glen Avenue Elementary School students Monday-Friday, August 4-15. Participants may drop off items at the Student Affairs Office (Guerrieri University Center Room 212), GUC Information Desk, Sea Gull Square Housing Office, Admissions House, Financial Aid Office (Holloway Hall Room 213) and Maggs Gymnasium.

Requested items include glue sticks, boxes of tissues, round-tip scissors, pencils (non-mechanical), hand sanitizer, quart-size zip-top bags, zippered pencil pouches, wide-ruled loose-leaf notebook paper, composition books, colored pocket folders with brads, crayons and colored pencils.

Glen Avenue Elementary serves approximately 265 students, over 80 percent of whom are eligible for free and reduced-price school meals.
