Wicomico County Department of Emergency Services has received requests from the local daycare facilities that are caring for essential employee’s children.
They need the following supplies:
• Bleach
• Lysol or other Disinfectant Sprays
• Multi-surface cleaners
• Disinfecting Wipes
• Hand Soap
• Paper Towels and Toilet Paper
• Baby Wipes
• Hand sanitizer
• Face Masks
• Thermometers—disposable
In addition, any of the below medical supplies would assist our healthcare and first responders in their COVID-19 duties:
• Unused N95 masks with or without valve
• Protective goggles in original packaging
• Unused nitrile gloves in original packaging
• Unused hospital gowns in original packaging
• Tyvek coats and bodysuits
• Bleach, Lysol, and other cleaning supplies – must be unopened and unused
• Face shields
• Hand sanitizer
Handmade, prototype or unapproved personal protective equipment (PPE) WILL NOT be accepted at this time. No household donations will be accepted at this delivery location.
Wicomico County Department of Corrections continues to mask cloth face coverings. They could use the following supplies
• Rolls of cotton cloth materials
• Rolls of 1/4 inch elastic band material
