Salisbury, MD – The “Haitian Migrant Farmworkers on the Eastern Shore” exhibit, originally displayed at Salisbury University’s Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture, is currently available for viewing at the Paul S. Sarbanes Branch of the Wicomico County Libraries, through September.

The exhibit is a collaboration between the Nabb Center and the Haitian Development Center of Delmarva featuring a photographic retrospective of Haitian immigration past and present, based on the photography of Phil Decker.

Decker, who grew up in Silver Spring, MD, documented his experience with the workers in Salisbury from 1983-87.

The Sarbanes Branch is located at 122 S. Division St. For hours, visit the branch’s website at www.wicomicolibrary.org/about/paul-s-sarbanes-branch.
