SVN-Miller Commercial Real Estate, a full-service brokerage and property management firm on the Eastern Shore, collaborated with Salisbury University to participate in the Applied Business Learning Experience (ABLE) Internship Program through the Perdue School of Business. Collin Locklear joined the team last summer to intern directly under Senior Advisors Wesley Cox, CCIM and Henry Hanna, CCIM, SIOR. After completing his initial internship he stayed with the company for a second internship. He continued with SVN through the duration of his senior year of college, completing his internship shortly before graduation in May of 2018.
Collin earned his Bachelors degree in both Marketing and Business Management and graduated with a 3.2 GPA. SVN-Miller Commercial Real Estate served as a launch pad for his career at SVN and he will be joining the SVN Realsite team in Baltimore, MD in mid-July. “I have begun taking classes to earn my real estate license and will be working in the multi-family sector within the greater Baltimore area. I look forward to continuing my career with SVN and building the SVN brand on the Western Shore,” said Collin.
