The office will serve as a home base for SVN Miller Advisors to conduct business in Virginia. Managing Director Brent Miller, CCIM, CPM holds his Virginia broker’s license, and Senior Land Advisor Ben Alder has his Virginia real estate license. “With the growth of our core client base expanding into Virginia, it was important for us to have a physical office presence in this market,” stated Brent Miller. “Last year alone our Virginia transactions totaled $8.5 Million, and we currently have an inventory exceeding $21 Million of farms and commercial properties available throughout Accomack and Northampton counties.”
