Salisbury, MD — SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the addition of Julie Ballard and Amanda Tilghman to its Property Management division. These new hires support the firm’s continued growth and reinforce its commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality service to clients and tenants across the Delmarva Peninsula.
Julie Ballard joins the team as Accounting Operations Assistant. In this role, she will support accounts receivable and collection efforts while also working closely with the Controller to assist the firm’s financial operations. Her position plays an important part in maintaining accurate reporting and supporting the overall performance of the property management portfolio.
Amanda Tilghman has been hired as Property Management Assistant, where she will take on the administrative coordination of the SVN Maintenance department. In this role, she will help manage the day-to-day flow of maintenance activity while also providing direct support to Property Managers to keep operations running efficiently across the portfolio.
