October 2020- Salisbury, MD- SVN | Miller is pleased to announce the addition of Josh Clow. Josh will be an Advisor based out of the Salisbury, MD office. He will pursue sales in Talbot, Queen Anne’s, Anne Arundel, and Kent County with a focus on Self Storage.
Josh is an Easton native who graduated from St. Michaels High School and further attended Mt. Olive College where he pursued a degree in criminal justice. Josh left college early to play minor league baseball for the Kansas City Royals. He later returned to Easton to work for his family’s Electrical Contracting company for 15 years and earned a masters electrical license.
While working in the family business, Josh developed two self-storage properties-one in Queen Anne’s county and the other in Talbot county, totaling 80,000 square feet of storage. Josh enjoys buying, selling, and developing properties with SVN| Miller Commercial Real Estate. He looks forward to using his passion, and experience, to advise his clients and assist them in attaining their investment goals.
In his spare time, Josh’s hobbies include playing ice hockey, hunting, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his wife, Kari, and their two children, Reed and Eleanor.
