All located in Salisbury, MD, the properties consist of office, retail and industrial space. Notable tenants include Frito Lay, APPI, United Way and the Wicomico County Health Department. In addition to these three in Salisbury, they were also awarded two commercial properties in Pennsylvania totaling 8,000 square feet.
