Though delayed by a day, many came together to celebrate the newest addition to the One Stop Job Market. The One Stop Café cut the ribbon for their café and their training program on February 27th. Surrounded by board members, dignitaries, staff and Chamber members, Wayne Knapp and Milton Morris cut the ribbon. Designed as a job-training site for the One Stop’s Partner’s customers, the 1 Stop Café will serve not only as place to eat, but also as a place to see workforce development in action. We were delighted to be there as the first class of 6 graduates prepared to enter the workforce with training may facilities will be thrilled they possess. We even got to sample treats they each developed as a signature dish! The café is open to the public from 7am till 2pm Monday through Friday.
