The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce – Education Committee Network’s PAC-14 / YouTube TV Show entitled “Education is Everybody’s Business” is inviting everyone to tune in and view a special episode featuring The Disability Community: Opportunities, Barriers, and Success Stories. Host Dr. Ladd Colston invites our own Ms. Wheelchair Maryland 2024, Ms. Dominique Sessa, to Co-Host this production. Ms. Sessa is a Disability Advocate for our region and across the State of Maryland. She is currently serving as a Commissioner for the Maryland Commission on Disabilities and is Chairwoman of the Maryland Technology Loan Program Board. Ms. Sessa interviews three (3) special invited guests who collectively respond to a wide variety of resource-based and supportive service questions for our viewing audience.

Featured are: (1) Dr. Katherine L. R. Jones, Executive Director of the Bay Area Center for Independent Living, (2) Mr. Adith Thummalapalli, Project Engineer for the City of Salisbury, Department of Infrastructure & Development, and (3) Ms. Candace Henry, Director of the Salisbury University Disability Resource Center. It should be noted that Ms. Sessa is the creator of an Extensive Disability Resource Guide produced online by The Girl in the Pink Wheelchair and is preparing to compete for Ms. Wheelchair America 2025 in August in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
