We’ve seen a clear need for businesses to provide their employees and teams top leadership development training — similar programming than the largest local businesses provide — and are working to meet that need by developing The Eastern Shore Leadership Institute.
The Eastern Shore Leadership Institute proudly presents Effective Leadership in Action. A brand new training series covering: Giving Effective Feedback, Project Management, and Conflict Resolution.
