The Insurance Market is proud to announce that Josselyn Lopez, CISR, has been named the 2026 Outstanding CSR of the Year State Winner for Delaware by the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance.
The annual Outstanding CSR of the Year competition recognizes insurance professionals who demonstrate exceptional commitment and contributions to their agencies, the insurance industry, and their communities. State winners are selected to represent their respective states and are eligible to advance in the competition for the National Outstanding CSR of the Year honor.
“Josselyn exemplifies the level of care, professionalism, and commitment to service that we strive to provide every day at The Insurance Market,” said Heather Parsons, People and Operations Manager at The Insurance Market.
“She genuinely cares about the people she serves, continues to invest in her professional growth, and is always willing to support her clients and her teammates. We could not be more proud to see her recognized with this honor.”
The recognition marks the second consecutive year that an employee of The Insurance Market has been named Delaware’s Outstanding CSR of the Year State Winner. In 2025, Jessica Parrott, CIC, CISR, CWCA, ACRA, received the Delaware honor.
“To have two members of our team earn this recognition in consecutive years is incredibly meaningful,” Parsons added. “Jessica and Josselyn are both outstanding examples of the knowledge, dedication, and personal service our employees bring to their work. This recognition belongs to them individually, but it also reflects the culture of service and professional excellence our entire team works hard to maintain.”
For the 2026 competition, candidates were asked to reflect on what drew them to the insurance industry, what continues to inspire them, the experiences that have shaped their professional growth, and the impact they hope to make on the industry in the future. Candidates were also required to demonstrate commendable service to their agency, industry, and community.
The Risk & Insurance Education Alliance describes the Outstanding CSR of the Year recognition as the foremost national award of its kind for insurance professionals serving clients within the industry.
