
TidalHealth will hold a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the Edward Q. Wilgus Community Clinic, a transformative new healthcare facility offering accessible primary care services to Salisbury’s east side. The event marks the culmination of more than a century of community vision and the beginning of a new era of health equity in the region.

The Edward Q. Wilgus Community Clinic honors the legacy of 19th-century physician Dr. Robert Naylor and brings comprehensive medical services to an historically underserved area. This new facility will serve as a community hub offering primary care, behavioral health, preventive services, and support programs to over 12,000 patients annually — helping to close health equity gaps and support neighborhood revitalization.
