SALISBURY, MD – TidalHealth Peninsula Regional honors the following four team members as 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter:
Administrative & Support Services: Taylor Luck, TidalHealth Child Care Center
Taylor Luck of the TidalHealth Child Care Center is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative & Support Services.
Luck is a phenomenal teacher and an incredible asset to the Pre-K program! She is the embodiment of a dedicated and inspirational teacher. She is creative, compassionate, empathetic, energetic, engaging, funny, intuitive, kind, passionate, patient and an all-around great person – all on top of teaching the next generation of dreamers, doers, leaders and world-changers. She exemplifies the life-changing work that teachers do each and every day.
Professional Services: John Baumgartner, Information Services
John Baumgartner of Information Services (IS) is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.
Baumgartner is an Interface Analyst at TidalHealth. Interface work is work that is truly done “behind the scenes” and is a very complex field, but he makes it seem simple. His work is crucial to the operations that we facilitate in our organization. He loves to share his diagrams and is always willing to help establish new connections and/or help us to maintain existing ones. He has a pleasant personality and is respectful of others’ opinions.
Nursing Services: Beth Collins, Education
Beth Collins of the Education department is one of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Collins recently played a major role in our Supply room project, a large overhaul of the inventory system for our ordering process. We had to create a master locator sheet with every single item the unit uses. Collins has worked extra hours and has even come in on her days off to ensure that we are making the necessary progress with this project. The success of this project would not have been possible without her knowledge and hard work.
Nursing Services: Kimberly Ennis, Endoscopy
Kimberly “Kim” Ennis, CNA, of Endoscopy is one of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Ennis goes above and beyond to help her unit in many ways. She plays an instrumental role in her unit’s Sunshine Committee, ensuring all team member birthdays and special recognitions don’t go unnoticed. She makes everything in the post-op area runs seamlessly on a daily basis. Whether it’s taking patients to their cars after discharge, or scheduling follow-ups, she can always be counted on to have everything in order.
