Salisbury, MD — TidalHealth is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Sonder, MBA, to Senior Administrative Director of Cancer Services. In this role, Sonder will oversee strategic planning, business operations, and the continued growth of TidalHealth’s oncology service line.
Sonder brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in oncology and transplant services at institutions including NYU Langone Health, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where he led lung transplant and pulmonary programs, expanded patient access, and strengthened clinical outcomes.

Sonder earned his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University.
