Salisbury, MD — Davis Strategic Development is pleased to announce that commercial real estate professional Tonney Insley has joined the team, bringing more than a decade of experience in commercial brokerage and business development to the firm’s growing platform serving the Mid-Atlantic region.
Tonney will continue his focus on commercial leasing, sales, investment brokerage, and tenant representation while expanding his involvement with Davis Strategic Development’s brokerage, development, and property management activities throughout Maryland, Delaware, and the surrounding region.
A native of Salisbury and graduate of Gettysburg College, Tonney spent more than 15 years in Washington, D.C., building a successful career in marketing and business development before returning to the Eastern Shore to pursue commercial real estate. Over the past decade, he has established himself as a trusted advisor to property owners, investors, developers, and business leaders, completing transactions across a wide range of asset classes and helping connect clients with opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Throughout his career, Tonney has been involved in numerous notable projects, including retail developments, adaptive reuse initiatives, investment sales, land transactions, and redevelopment opportunities. His work has contributed to the continued growth and revitalization of communities across the Eastern Shore and beyond.
