What exactly is eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA)? Opportunities to do business with the State are advertised on our e-procurement platform, eMaryland Marketplace Advantage, better known as eMMA. Vendors who want to compete in this arena should register (for free) on the system in order to receive solicitation notices, obtain detailed information of contracting opportunities, submit bids, and obtain bid results. Join us for an in-depth look at how to navigate this valuable tool and make it work for your company.

Prime Contracting in Maryland’s Small Business Reserve (SBR) Program

This session provides an in-depth review of the program’s eligibility standards, the online certification process, and the pipeline for identifying SBR opportunities.
