UMES Hosts Two Free Concerts: U.S. Marine Band and Count Basie Orchestra

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Md. is the first stop of the tour season for “The President’s Own,” the U.S. Marine Band.

 The U.S. Marine Band concert at UMES is October 1, at 7 p.m. in the Ella Fitzgerald Center for the Performing Arts.  Tickets arefree, but advanced reservations must be made and e-tickets issued for entrance to the concert.  Visithttps://marineband.ticketleap.com/ and click on the UMES event to reserve tickets.  Limit 4 per person.  (See attached e-Public Service Announcement).

 On Sept. 26, at 7:30 p.m., the Count Basie Orchestra will perform a FREE concert at UMES.  No advanced reservations required.  Free entrance at the door.
