Village of Hope Receives Grant

Village of Hope

September 2, 2014 – The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore (CFES) awarded a $4,860 Community Needs Grant to the Village of Hope to support the purchase of an improved water heater system for their Transitional Living Program residential building. The new water heater will provide a cost savings for the nonprofit organization.

The Village of Hope in Salisbury, MD, provides a transitional living program to women and children of the Lower Shore. The Village works in partnership with clients and their families to build skills and abilities to empower them to lead self-sufficient, productive lives.
