Wor-Wic Community College is inviting the public to a free virtual poetry reading with Susannah Nevison on Tuesday, April 11, at 7 p.m., via Zoom.
Susannah Nevison is the author of “Lethal Theater,” the recipient of the Charles B. Wheeler Poetry Prize from Ohio State University/The Journal, and “Teratology,” the recipient of the 2014 Lexi Rudnitsky First Book Prize. Most recently, she is also the author of “In the Field Between Us,” a collaborative collection with Molly McCully Brown. Her poems and essays have appeared in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Review of Books, The National Poetry Review, and elsewhere. She is an assistant professor of English and creative writing at Sweet Briar College in Virginia.
