Senior Advisor Wesley Cox, CCIM of The Hanna Team at SVN – Miller Commercial Real Estate collaborated with JLL to bring a new company to Salisbury, MD by securing a long-term lease at the College Square Shopping Center with BioLife Plasma Services for 17,321 SF totaling approximately $3 million dollars in value.

The opening of this new center will not only provide local residents with the opportunity to donate plasma and help save lives, it will also bring positive economic benefits to the area with donors receiving up to $100+ for each donation. The new center will create up to 70 new jobs in the local community. This will be a huge positive economic impact to the community with an estimated $3 million – $5 million in total donor compensation.

This was a complicated adapted reuse project where all parties worked strongly together to meet an aggressive timeline. We are excited to have BioLife Plasma Services in this community, providing a vital service that supports patients around the world and helps stimulate our local economy by giving millions of dollars back into the hands of residents.“, said Wesley Cox.

The new BioLife Plasma Services center is now open and we invite residents of Salisbury and the surrounding areas to come and support their community by donating plasma while getting paid at the same time!
