What was previously an HVAC company’s office, will now host membership business meetings, special meetings for law enforcement and community relations and interaction, fund raisers, special events for our members and the public, wellness activities, social gatherings etc.
Ball commented about the sale, “It was a pleasure not only working with the F.O.P. to find a new location, but also to be a part of something that should really enhance Salisbury’s core.” Neighbors welcome the F.O.P. with hope that their presence will enhance safety in the area and generate a seemingly lacking communal spirit to this part of town. Police Lodge 111 intends on using this hall as a means to give back to the community with opportunities for the public to interact and share in the FOP’s mission, “to cultivate a spirit of fraternalism and mutual helpfulness among our members and the people we serve.” (Wicomico County FOP Lodge 111, Constitution 1991)
